  4. You decide. We bring every offer back to you. Accept it, then upload your new bill. We charge 25% of the saving it shows, capped at $1,000.

Questions

Will the company know it's an AI?

Yes. The first thing our assistant says is that it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf, and that the call is recorded. It never pretends to be you or a person, and never threatens anyone.

Why only New York for medical bills?

Several states treat paid negotiation of a medical bill as "debt settlement" that needs a license, or ban it for for-profit companies (New Jersey). We follow those laws. Wherever we can't call for a fee, you still get the free findings, script and letter, and you keep 100% of what you save.

What if the company won't talk to an AI?

That's their right. We email them your signed authorization, offer you a three-way call, or you send the letter. You never pay for a letter you send yourself.

Is my information safe?

Files and call recordings are encrypted. Your findings are only on your signed-in page, never in an email. You can delete your data any time. See the privacy policy.
